- Overall project manager and point person on providing communication among key conference leads, planning committees and vendors

- Speaker Management including contract negotiations, travel logistics, speaker requirements and other speaker needs
- Set up and manage project calendars
- Manage critical deadlines
- Manage event budget with client
- Negotiate contracts with vendors

Manage all venue logistics including catering, timelines/agenda, keynote & breakout room staging & AV setups, signage, registration and other key logistics
- Work with AV & Production vendors on AV requirements, room setups, keynote speaker requirements, gathering PowerPoint presentations, timing, rehearsals and other key elements
- Manage vendors for all attendee giveaways
- Manage all shipping requirements for tradeshows/conferences
- Manage hotel housing block for attendees
- Work with registration vendor on all attendee registration requirements. Track number of attendees, special requirements, badges and other key logistics
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly status calls/meetings with key conference leads & vendors
- Day-of event on-site management of all logistics
- Conduct Post-mortem meetings and help establish best-practices for next year’s event.
